Snow Cone Sorbet

A spin on a snow cone has some seriously nostalgic shoes to fill. To live up to our memories of the paper-coned treat, we packed our sorbet version with layers upon layers of bright, refreshing, real fruit flavors. Blue brambleberry sorbet bursts with the velvety sweetness of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries (plus a touch of spirulina to naturally nudge the purple-blue hue into the eye-popping realm of a real snow cone). Next door, watermelon pink lemonade sorbet provides bright, bouncy-tart contrast with its mix of lemon juice, watermelon juice, and mouthwatering citric acid. Working in tandem, these twin sorbets confirm what we already knew: snow cones just taste like summer.
